Woodland & Pasture-Raised Hogget Chops
Our hogget chops come from sheep that have spent their lives grazing diverse pastures, growing slowly and naturally. Hogget, between lamb and mutton in age, has a richer, deeper flavour than lamb while remaining beautifully tender.
Perfect for grilling, pan-frying or barbecuing, these chops develop a crisp, caramelised crust while staying juicy in the middle. Simply season with salt, pepper and a little rosemary, then serve with seasonal vegetables or a fresh salad.
Raised regeneratively on our farm without routine antibiotics or unnecessary inputs, these chops reflect the quality of healthy pasture, good animal welfare and careful butchery.
